Mack is a 1^st year graduate student specializing in the genetics that underpin human, and broadly primate, sensory systems. She graduated from University of Iowa with dual degrees in Anthropology (B.S.) and Animal Biology/Interdisciplinary Studies (B.A.) in 2020 and returned to University of Iowa as a graduate student in 2022.
