PhD candidate Ariane Thomas was recently awarded a Dissertation Writing Fellowship from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. This award will support the completion of her dissertation, entitled “Dogs as biological markers of past human behavior: the effect of human cultural identity on indigenous and European dog populations of North America.”
